The Tan and Sober Gentlemen @ Matildas Milton

Sat 14 Jun 2025, 8:00 PM

Join us for this special concert under the pines in Milton!

If hurricanes could play music, they’d sound something like North Carolina’s Tan and Sober Gentlemen... They make music that’s a mix of moonshine and rocket fuel. It’s wild and free bluegrass mated with punk rock. Incorporated with unabashed Gaelic influence, they thrive from a hammer-down style.

More info about the show:

Gates open 1 hour before show time.

Parking is on site, and very convenient. Enter the venue at 850 Hickory Flat Road next to 7 Acre Restaurant. There will be people directing you where to park. Please do not park in the 7 Acre parking lot, or you may be towed.

Picnics, potlucks & table decorations are encouraged. Bring a cooler with whatever you want to eat and drink (wine and beer are allowed). Feel free to personalize your table! Tables and chairs are first come, 1st serve. We recommend bringing your own, just in case we run out. It’s a close walk from the parking area to our stage. Uber home if needed.

In consideration of our talented musicians and the concert goers who come to listen to music, we ask that if you want to talk or visit that you do so before the concert starts, in between songs, or step far enough outside the concert area that your conversation does not cause a distraction from the performance. No smoking or vaping in the seating area.

2025 Season Gift Ticket holders must email [email protected] to be added to the list for each concert you plan to attend. 2024 Tickets are not valid for the 2025 concert season. We are under a strict capacity limit for each show. No more than four of your 5- or 10-ticket packages can be used for a specific concert without prior consent.

Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a cancelation due to inclement weather or a forecast of the imminent danger of inclement weather, or any other event beyond our control, your tickets can be used for the rescheduled concert or for any upcoming concerts. In some cases when it is not possible to reschedule due to upcoming scheduling conflicts, a concert may be deemed rain or shine, and this will be indicated on the ticket.
